No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations means that other clients miss out on the opportunity to book that consultation. So please take your time to familiarise yourself my with policy regarding missed consultations.
Advanced notice of cancellation or amendment will allow another client the chance to book that consultation time. Please contact Joanne Lee – as soon as you know that you need to cancel or amend.
If cancellation is necessary, the below outlines requirements for each appointment type:
NEW CLIENT CONSULTATIONS: cancellation of your first consultation would cause a significant interruption to my clinic. For this reason, I require payment in full for your first consultation at time of booking (this is to ensure your blood and thyroid panel test kit, together with any other kits included in your package, can be sent to you so that your results are available prior to your first consultation).
I require a MINIMUM 3 DAYS’ NOTICE for cancellation. The fees will only be refunded if your consultation is cancelled with more than 3 days’ notice. Additionally, there will be a 100% charge for no-shows or late cancellations. Exceptional circumstances may apply.
FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS: I require that you contact me at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of your consultation. The fees will only be refunded if your consultation is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice as detailed above. Additionally, there will be a 100% charge for no-shows or late cancellations. Exceptional circumstances may apply.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel/amend your consultation, please do so via your secure client portal. This means you can make any amendments at any time of the day.
If this is not possible, then please kindly call or text me on 07771311791 between the hours of 09:00 to 17:00. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may send an email to email@example.com
Late Cancellations/No Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the consultation is cancelled less than specified period before the consultation time. A no-show is when a client misses a consultation without cancelling. In either case, I will charge the client 100% of the missed consultation fee. Exceptions may apply.
