Self care is never selfish. It’s vitally importa Self care is never selfish. It’s vitally important. All the sayings ring true… you can’t pour from an empty cup. 

Sometimes we can feel so overwhelmed and hopeless. Trying to find even 3 minutes for ourselves in a day seems a challenge. 

We are encouraged to push through, keep on going, give a bit more, not to rest.

Suddenly our amazing body can’t keep ignoring signs and symptoms and we can end up feeling exhausted and ill 🤒 

So try to listen to your body and heed the gentle signs it gives you before your body has to scream to get you to listen.
